Remediation

Elevated Sale, Inc. has developed a public-private business model that implements a new methodology incorporating the development of specific industries in appropriate regions in the United States that can use the benefits of the Jobs act, hub grants, training grants and other federal, state and local grants to create an integrated model for business growth. We have strategists presently searching for ideal locations with the correct balance of logistics natural resources and workforce excellence and positioning some of our unique companies into these locations. As the remediation progresses, we are immediately affecting hard hit economic regions with new jobs, improved tax base, and private public partnership. We also believe that each one of these companies will give on the average 2-4 percent of its revenue back to the community to aid in rebuilding the communities in areas such as education, public infrastructure, environmental clean up and more. This approach changes the dynamic thereby putting the public private cooperation at the forefront to create a regional reinvestment process that delivers an integrated benefit to both the business and the community.

The remediation process can address either existing environmental issues covering a broad spectrum from liquid wastes, solid waste, runoff, oily water, heavy metals, hydrocarbon contamination of waters, pesticides, PCBs and more. In addition, we incorporate logistics and operating solutions from in-situ remediation to offsite solutions involving trucking to complete rail transport as dictated in each specific instance. Scope of remediation methods can include a number of options such as recycling, reduction, reuse, discharge or disposal, also as needed on a case by case basis, and based on regulatory, environmental and social requirements.

Each overall solution will be custom tailored to combine the desired levels of job creation and sustainability, available and desired labor pools in the affected region, growth versus reinvestment in the target area, and the available spectrum of public and private funds available. The entire growth model is based on specific predefined criteria and strategies that are clearly explained in a detailed brief for the affected region, in the correct sequence and series of stages as necessary to successfully control and monitor and influence complete of each process milestone.

In addition, ESI offers consultative services to city, county, state or other municipal governments as well as for companies that want to find locations that have these potential opportunities attached.
